BMSWC- be sure to maximize consistency of room rental fees. Do not raise fees on people be consistent.

Need to keep quality of services high. Break out rooms, hours, days, and weeks, have different like services. Peak hours. This will help to project out and budget.

He doesn't believe in peaks and valleys of anything. Develop different programs so it makes little hills instead. Make sure people who take peak times produce!

We cannot put ourselves in the position of depending on people who don't pay. Cannot have him participate in tasks in things that are vital, privy. Cannot depend on person in that position. Help him find income somehow to gain stability. Job income, place, and transportation. History of stability at a prior program. If these are not there then we are social services. When he has consistency of a job. Have him pay when he comes back to practice. Can use non-peak time, and work out an agreement that is fair or do not ask for anything. Freeze his past due funds. Do not add set him up for disappointment with adding

Ask Spencer- What have you done about the recommendations that Leonardo gave you? HS's, coordinate venues and performances, Universities, Music Schools, bring them to the center. Color code flyers and place in different areas it is a necessary thing. It takes 3-5 times for it to recognize/remember something and follow-through. Best thing is to stabalize and get income.
